The vase is the first thing you notice — a tall tapered cone with a surface that looks like it was pulled from a forest floor: rough moss green speckle-glaze on the lower half, fading into a soft blush pink and white wash at the top. It is tactile, organic, and unlike anything else in our collection.
Then the flowers. Six hand-sculpted Jingdezhen porcelain cosmos blooms, each one a different colour — blush pink, coral orange, celadon green, dusty lavender, sky blue, and cream white — with hand-incised petal veins that catch the light differently at every angle, and a rounded golden yellow ceramic centre that sits like a small sun at the heart of each bloom.
